ATV gen 3 keeps asking to log to Netflix with iTunes account

Hello;

As the title suggests, yesterday I was greeted by a message to "Start my free trial" buying my subscription via iTunes. This device was working as intended using my Netflix subscription up until Wednesday.

Netflix works ok on other Apple devices (iPhones, iPad and MacBook Pro). How can I tell the device to return to my regular Netflix subscription, there's no visible option to log in with that.

I can attach screenshots if needed.
