help with i phone 5

Hi there

I hope someone can please help with this as I've noticed on my settings page that the names/list of the apps that I Have on the phone has been repeated for 7 times. It didn't used to be like this, I've no idea why this has happened!!! and must be honest am a bit of a technophobe
