ALl I did was accept the update to 8.4:
I have lost all the music I previously paid for and downloaded to listen to off-line. Never enabled or accepted anything, can't even find the list anywhere. Can I get my access back without having to go through the "cloud" or any trials of the service?

Does this have anything to do with using iTunes on a Mac computer (this forum)? If not we can request the topic be relocated.
NO...in fact, the list reappeared when I went back in to check again, so, never mind. But thanks.
I did lose everything on my Mac after this last iTunes update. All of my playlists are gone as well as most of my music. Some is available to "redownload", but I had a lot of playlist folders and playlists and they're all missing!
