Since upgrading to Apple Music, my iPhone's Playlists disappeared. How can I access those?

I used to keep a few playlists on my iPhone, that I could access through the "On My Device" tab in iTunes.

But something changed since I updated my iPhone and iTunes for Apple Music. Now when I click on PLAYLISTS on my iPhone, I get a ton of playlists I don't want ("classical music," "Music videos," "My Top Rated," etc,) as well as all my playlists I have on iTunes on my computer. But I don't want those; I want the playlists I stored on my phone. How do I get rid of all those junk playlists and get me real playlists back?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8
