Hi there Awzern,

If I understand correctly you have a message in your outbox that you are unable to send. As long as you have an email in the To: field, I would use these steps from the following article:

Get help with Mail on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

  1. Log in to your email provider's website and make sure that the account is active and that you're using the right password.
  2. Check your email settings.
  3. Restart your iOS device.
  4. Remove the affected email account from your device with these steps:
    1. Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
    2. Tap the email account.
    3. Tap Delete Account.
    4. Add your account again.

Keep in mind that the last step will remove and re add the account likely deleting the email in question.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

All the very best,
