Push notification mavericks server stopped

Mavericks server, running mail, calendar and contacts. It has worked just fine providing push notification with no issues. Now I cannot get push notifications to start to save my skin. In the past, I have been able to clear the problem by generating a new push certificate. But that is not working this time.

I have the following errors in the system log, after an email is processed.

push_notify[48374]: CFNetwork SSLHandshake failed (-9807)

push_notify[48374]: stream: received error: The operation couldn\u2019t be completed. (OSStatus error -9807.) on: incoming stream: APN-feedback to host: feedback.push.apple.com:2196

I must be missing something.
