How do I delete some contacts from my Contacts app on Macbook Pro

I want to delete some contacts from my " Contacts" card , I cannot find any way to do this? Help anyone, please?

Select the card(s) in the list of contacts. Edit menu: "Delete". Or control-click on the entry (entries): "Delete".

OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Launch Contacts.

Highlight the Card.

In the "Contacts" menu bar click "Edit" and then select "Delete card".
