I cannot find the Search window of Spotlight
after scrolling down from the top, I can only see weather or calendar notifications, there is no window for searching. I am using iOS8.4

You are going to far up on the screen. Start at about the middle of the screen and swipe downwards. It will appear. Swiping from the top will produce Notification Center, which is what you found with weather and calendar.
