IWork

Hello. I need your advice, experienced users MacBook . I bought a Mac from a friend (13 -inch monitor was too small for him. Well ) program Keynote, Numbers, Pages, GarageBand, IMovie not updated in the App Store, or rather I can not change AppleID.
Foolishly, I removed the package IWork ( thought it will be free to restore , but it is not) . Now again GarageBand update requests , and I can not do anything .
What to do in such a situation ?
