Finding iPAD2 owner

Post party at my house - someone left an iPad at my house. None of my close friends has claimed it yet.. How do I find the right owner so that I can return it..

So far, I have tried to reset - since I know it shows the itunes email address through which it was registered. Though I am finding the email addressed it is all starred i.e h************@yahoo.com

Any one experienced - successfully returning the device to its rightful owner? Is this list actively monitored by apple, can they help?
