Jul 3, 2015 9:35 AM in response to Ianwillcby Simon Abrams,Same here. I might be imagining it, but I think this started right after I upgraded to iOS 8.4. Nothing after Monday 6/29 has uploaded to my iCloud Photo library. I also tried powering off/on, wifi on/off, and just reset network settings, but still nada.

Jul 13, 2015 4:36 AM in response to Simon Abramsby Marcusvpn,i have also been experiencing this problem. My iPhone pictures have been waiting to upload for over a month. My MacBook was able to upload most photos but has been stuck on the last couple of photos as well for a month.
this seems like a terrible product for Apple. Any word on a fix?

Jul 13, 2015 4:54 AM in response to Marcusvpnby Simon Abrams,iCloud Photo Library has worked flawlessly for me ever since it came out; I've only had problems since upgrading my phone to iOS 8.4. iPad and MacBook Pro are still fine, though.

Jul 15, 2015 1:14 PM in response to Ianwillcby TomekOsiowy,Same problem. Syncing just does not work for Photos (just like for Music) app. iOS 8.4 works like a virus. This situation is not a joke, I don't like Apple now. I just try to using this expensive and problemful ecosystem.

Jul 15, 2015 1:46 PM in response to Ianwillcby Simon Abrams,This worked for me:
- I backed up my phone and manually imported my photos to Photos app on my laptop via USB
- I turned off iCloud Photos on iPhone
- I rebooted the phone and turned iCloud Photos back on
Everything syncing properly so far.

Jul 24, 2015 8:16 AM in response to Ianwillcby nawafas,I have the same problem.
I have contacted Apple via instant the website Conversation. And by telephone for an hour and a half.
No one knows the solution to the problem
I make all possible solutions. No benefit -
Sep 2, 2015 2:27 PM in response to Ianwillcby Alan Hogan,I have the same problem. My iPhone 5S is plugged in. iCloud is enabled (and paid for), and I have over 2 gigs free of iCloud storage. The bottom of my Photos app just says “94 items to upload,” and nothing happens. — Except if you watch closely, sometimes it will read, “Uploading 94 items,” but then it just flashes back to “94 items to upload.”
I will sync to my computer manually, but this was very disappointing and a bit worrisome.
I’m running iOS 8.4.1. I restarted my phone (by pushing and holding Home & Power) and this did not solve the problem. It has not uploaded any new photos in two full days.
The only thing I can think of is… two days ago, I briefly connected to a captive portal Wifi (and successfully authenticated). Probably has nothing to do with it, but who knows. It was working fine until recently, as far as I can tell.
