I was recently given a 4gb older iPod. When I put it on my charger that I use for the one I am using alot, it said to contact apple support. There are not any music on it. Is it still good?
I was recently given a 4gb older iPod that has no music on it and says to contact apple support. Is this iPod still good and how do I get it to bring up the muisc or clear it and use it myself, if possible.
