Reset my iTunes

Okay, so I am happy with Apple Music and want to basically completely restart my Apple Music experience, not implementing ANY of my old music, playslists etc. How do I go about doing this. I have been an iTunes Match subscriber, but want to start my Apple Music fresh (as I have 78 mixed genres, old playlists and music that I don't want).

Easiest way to start fresh?
