iOS 8.4 incoming call sound underwater

outgoing calls sound ok but incoming sound terrible, far away no volume. Just upgraded to day and restarted 10 times. What to do?

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.4

If you are having an issue with poor sounds quality on incoming phone calls on your iPhone, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support

Hi yes I too had that issue, I had already checked for dirt, volume, etc. Calls still sound muffled..
