Is it bad to use Macbook while charging it?

I have been getting multiple answers about this question. I have no idea if it is better to charge my 2015 Macbook Pro 13' with retina display while using it. Or if it would be better to charge it while it's turned off? I assumed it would be more efficient if I charged it without using it. Is it bad to charge while use the macbook? Also, which method is better in the long run?

No.

You can keep the computer plugged in while in use.

Keep the computer plugged in whenever possible.

If you keep the computer always plugged in, make sure that at least twice a month

run it on battery until battery charge level drops to about 50-40%.

Please don’t discharge the battery completely. Discharging battery completely will reduce battery health.
