Uploading CDs to iCloud through iTunes after update?

How can I upload music CDs to iCloud through iTunes after update 12.2? Was working fine but right after I downloaded the new 12.2 update, I have been unable to "turn on" iMatch or get anything from iTunes into iCloud. Am I the only one having this issue?
