Match Library different on Mac and iPhone

I cannot figure this out: sometimes iTunes Match breaks up albums depending on who might be playing on various tracks. For example, Mark Knopfler's "Sailing to Philadelphia" shows up as two albums on my iPhone: "Sailing to Philadelphia" with 11 tracks by Mark Knopfler, and "Sailing to Philadelphia" with 2 tracks by Dire Straits. Also, this is not consistent between devices. iTunes on my Mac shows one "Sailing to Philadelphia" with all tracks by Knopfler; my iPhone shows two, as described above. Both are running iTunes Match. This is pretty common for many albums, which is pretty irritating when I want to listen to an album as intended and not as broken down by tracks with guests artists. Any ideas?
