Shortcuts not working on iPad Air 2 / IOS 8

Shortcuts are periodically not working on my iPad Air 2 (no such problem on my iPhone 6. If I modify one in the settings, then they all work again, and after a few hours / days, they still are there, but don't work. A reboot re-enables them as well.
