Accidentally restored an old backup

hi, yesterday i restored a backup on my iPhone that was done three months ago, because of that i lost everything on my iPhone from April on. Including pictures, contacts, notes and texts! I lost a lot of pictures and important contacts, I was wondering if there is any possible way to reverse this?😟
