I would like to backup my Iphone 5c because i have to do a factory reset and I don't want to loose my pics or contacts. I have tried to backup to the cloud but there is not enough storage and I cannot afford to buy anymore storage. Is there any other way to backup my phone without using the cloud?

You can backup to a computer using iTunes > How to back up your devices using iCloud or iTunes
Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
If you can, delete photos, videos, etc., to free up iCloud storage space. Then you may be able to restore from iCloud without having to worry about increased iCloud charges.

Back it up to iTunes on your computer.
What is your reason for not wishing to use iCloud?
How do I backup in itunes. I dont mind using icloud i just cannot afford to pay for the extra space needed each month.

I did and I clicked on the link to show me how and my screen looks nothing like it. I went to Itunes home page and I cannot find a file tab on my computer so i thought maybe you meant from my phone but I can't find one there either. I'm sorry i am not very good when it comes to this kind of stuff. I appreciate your help.
