there is no shortcut combination set for deleting a file or a folder , i find the process of deleting (move to trash ) very tiring . SO, if anyone can help me creating a shortcut combination for "move to trash " it will be a great help.

Look at your Finder menus, there should be (in 10.10.3) a item titled Move to Trash in the File menu.
The shortcut is listed to the right of the menu item text: 
is the cmd button (at bottom left and right of the keyboard)
is the "delete" (also known as the backspace key). It's normally located above the return key.
(Shift - cmd - delete) will empty the trash.
