Sounds like that crash came at the most inopportune time. For now,
at least you can play those 700 tracks you mentioned via the Apple
music Service. Problem your faced with now is that Apple Music is the
primary source for your music after initiating that service, even if it
wasn't intentional. Whenever your Apple Music subscription ends,
that will be when iTunes Match becomes the primary cloud service
thereby allowing you to upload those 700 songs again. Apple Music
assumes they are already uploaded since they are surely part of the
30 million plus tracks available for listening. Remember that Apple
Music is really a platform allowing the streaming of music by means
of basically renting it. It's not really a cloud service like iTunes Match.
