iPhone 6 overheating and won't turn on

IPhone 6 won't turn on at all no light or sounds... Was on it one minute than it started getting hot so I turned it off, left it in a dark cool place to cool down and it did.. Tired turning it back on and didn't work, tried charging it and nothing.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3

Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for at least 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting.

Next step after that would be connecting in recovery mode, using the original USB cable. Recovery mode is explained in this article:

If you can't update or restore your iOS device

If still no luck, you'll have to get it checked by an Authorized Apple Service Provider oder Apple Store next to your place. Apple Support can also take care of that.
