Recovering MBP battery after recall

My early 2011 MBP died after 2 years of use and remained that way for 2 years. No it was fixed by Apple video card recall (replaced logic board).

Battery is completely dead. Computer shuts down immediately after unplugging power. Anyway to recover some of the battery?

Hello Perr0,

Based on the computer powering off as soon as the power is removed, it appears your 2011 MacBook Pro needs to be serviced. The following link should help you get started with the process and has links with additional information on topics such as warranty and service pricing, battery replacement, and express replacement service.
