iam using imac 2012 late since 2014 and i have keyboard problem. qwertyuıo and left shift is not working on wireless apple keyboard. pls help me.
if i buy new keyboard , is it runs?

Reset the SMC and PRAM 2-3 times. If this does not solve the problem, test with a USB keyboard and if the USB keyboard is okay then replace your wireless keyboard.
Make sure the Num Lock key is not active (press fn-F6 to toggle Num Lock).

i tried but its not working because "R" is not working =)
Did you also try Carolyn's suggestion, if you did and the problem persists try using a USB keyboard to re-test.
