Music App - Artist pictures on ios 8.4 - how to get rid of it!

It seems like the recent iTunes 12.2 / ios 8.4 update did something to the workaround fix for getting rid of artist artwork.

Previously I had labouriously spent ages adding a space after the artist name in order to create a difference in the naming convention with the Apple whatever database, so that the artist artwork wasn't downloaded and didn't appear. However after recent update, it appears that all my hard work was undone... thanks alot.

Upside is that the workaround fix still appears to work; however, this time instead of spending the time redoing my work - I'm going to spend it researching alternatives to iTunes.
