Yesterday I got an Email from Apple offering me the option of Joining Apple Music. I clicked on the £9.99 a month offer (after 3 month Trial) and it said that they had a problem and they couldn't let me join but they hoped to have this problem solved in the day or so. What is going on? Is there a problem with Apple music (UK)?

DjRukus....thanks for replying and I'm glad I'm not the only having problems but I'm sure there are more than just two of us in the world that is having this problem. I even tried to join via my iMac but it didn't work and says the same thing that there is a problem and they hope to have it fixed in a couple of days....not much help????.....Certainly not a good start for Apple. They said it was going to revolution in Music but for me .....it's a bit of a damp squid. Never had this problem with Spotify.
Does anyone know what the problem is? or are Apple keeping the problem to themselves?
I had iTunes Match but didn't renew last month.....is that the problem? That they want screw some more money out of me?

IM having the same problem here in the UK. Have tried it in phone iPad and Mac book and all says exactly the same thing when tryin to join

Today I was up at my mothers place and I was showing my brother (David Kerr) how I was having problems joining Apple Music and all of a sudden it accepted my offer of joining Apple Music.......so I don't what has been going on but it is working. My Brother who lives in Dubai said that he also had problems with Apple Music in that it deleted all his music on the cloud.....so he is raging. I know it is early days and that all system suffer from teething problems but Apple Music seems not to be a revolution but damp squid.......it really is not been a good start. For me, I have a premium account with Spotify and I thought that Apple Music may have taken over from Spotify but it looks like Spotify have no fear of losing me after this performance. Also can someone explain why Apple Music in America is $9.99 a month whereas Apple Music in the UK is $15.56 a month......how can that be fair? I thought it was going to be $9.99 a month which when converted would be £6.42......that would definitely make me think twice about continuing on with Spotify
