What Kind of Transition Does This Vid Use

Question

I like this guys transition from one section to another (it appears to accelerate) and was wondering how to replicate it in FCP X 10.2.1

Final Cut Pro X, iOS 6.1.4

It's s swish pan of some kind. It would be difficult to recreate in FCP. There may be a third party plugin that does it.
