Accessibility: Trouble reading small, low-contrast font in Health app

The Health app on my iPhone 5s is very useful to me. I have some vision difficulty and have trouble reading the white font on light green background at the top of the nutritional information charts. Is there a way to change the color or zoom so I can read it more easily?
