I've just pressed 'forget device' accidentally and now i can't find any of my devices please help

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like you forgot a device on the iPhone and not the iPhone will not find it again. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
