sound problem

i can't hear any sound when making a call or listening to music, how do i solve this?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1.2, jeal broken

Hello Kaaratoore,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are not hearing any sound from the receiver on calls or from the speaker when listening to music. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support

If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound quality is poor on iPhone - Apple Support
