IOS 8.4. Some audiobooks moved to Audible app but in pieces by chapter. How to fix?

AFter 8.4 update, some audiobooks were moved to the Audible app instead of to IMusic. And these books are in separate pieces, all labeled "chapter 0." Some of my audiobooks were moved over just fine. And all of the audiobooks came from the same source, Pottermore, then loaded into my ITunes.
