tried to download Yosemite 10.10.4. Will download multiple times. Contacted support. Tried several things including download in safe mode. No sign of update in downloads folder or launch pad. Hence, cannot install. Any ideas? Thanks

gives numerous downloads in App store but cannot find in downloads folder or launch pad to install. Any thoughts?

Have you backed up your data at least twice to two different external destinations?

Have you verified all your applications have been tested with 10.10.4?

Have you tried the Combo update if the above have been answered yes?
