Weird error when attempting to buy in-app purchase

i I am trying to buy some gold bars for candy crush soda. Whenever I try to bup some, I get a weird error message. It happens once I enter my Apple ID password. This issue has just started happening to me today. I took a picture of the error that is appearing. Can someone please tell me why I am recieving this error?
