Changed project name, now multicam clips missing in Timeline

Luckily, I saved a snapshot before doing this. I changed the name of my Project. Now, a whole bunch of multicam clips are missing in the timeline. What have i done? Is there a way to reconnect them? Or am I better off just using the snapshot I made (which is fine)? And any idea why this happened? And should I avoid changing project names in the future?
