My iPad keeps restarting but has a very dark screen but doesn't go to the lock screen
i have I iPad mini that keeps showing the apple logo. It has a very dark screen but never goes to the lock screen?

Hi there Joe,
It sounds like you are unable to get past the Apple logo when you turn on your iPad. I would reset your device with the steps in this article:
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home button for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
