My iMessage won't activate after new update I have the 5s

same here ; went from 4s to 5s with new phone number. welcome to the club. I tried everything myself. 24hr wait, Apple id logon/logoff,Airplane Mode, Wi fi on/off, Software update, Apple id phone #update, Apple id reset password, Location check, time check, Face time check , send imessage from ipad, etc . Mail, contacts. been trying what ever I can from the community. nothing is working. Apple is beginning to smell in my basket.
