Installed VirtualBox, power off the Mac and when power on again there is this message (in attachment).
I can navigate into Hard Disk.
How can I resolve this problem ?

Post your question in the virtualbox forums. If this a version 5 release candidate 1 - 3, read manual sections 3.1.1 and 14.1. Realize that OS X guests are still considered experimental, and that you must partition your guest hard drive with OS X utilities before continuing with the installation.
Solved:
cmd +r -> reinstall OS X. This operation doesn't lost data.
