Problem on restore

Need some real help. Two months ago i try installing iOS 8.4 public beta 3 on mi iPhone 4S. Before that I had the beta 2. When in the OTA update process it got stucked and did nothing, it brings up the apple logo and then turns off, then on again and so on. When trying to fix it with iTunes, error 9, 4013, etc are so common. I've used my Mac, my momo PC, many different USB cables and every software is up to date. Does anyone here can help me? I have check every internet page and still nothing or no one can help me.
