2 days ago my iPhone 4 dropped in the toilet.I picked it up as soon as it fell and my screen was black. I did some research and gathered knowledge to put my iPhone in a rice bag for 48 hours. I did that and when I took it out of the bag I decided to charge it. It has been 5 minutes and the screen is still blank. I cant even connect to iTunes. What do I do now? I just recently put it back in a rice bag and I'm so scared. Please help me!
Most likely your phone is dead. Most of us here recommend putting it in rice for at least a week and not turning it on during that time. At this point, you could try charging it for an hour or so and then try to reset it by holding the power button and home button until you see the apple then let go. I think you will need to consider an out of warranty replacement at an Apple Store.
Hii, thanks for the suggestions. I started charging my phone and a blue screen appeared it wont show the apple logo. When I take it out of charge it goes back to a black screen. what do i do now?
Did you try resetting it while it was charging? If that does not work, I think it is time to make an appointment at an Apple Store to get it replaced.

As kb1951 says, it sound like it is time to return it to Apple.
It sounds like there was still moisture with tin the iPhone when you attempted to start it. This of course cause the final damage.
Your only alternative is to take it Apple and ask for an out of warranty replacement which you will have to pay for.

Then as Allan and I have suggested, it is time to get an appointmnet at an Apple Store for an evaluation and most likely an out of warranty replacement. There will be a charge for the replacement.

I don't think you can get rid of the moisture to be of any benefit now. I think too much damage has already been done. It doesn't take long for a phone to be wet before the damage starts.
