restore point not in itunes

I had a button issue with my iphone 5 I backed it up in iTunes and took it in for repair. It was covered on a recall and they gave me a loaner phone. I went home and restored the loaner from my backup and all was fine. When I got my phone back and went to back it up from the same restore point it was not in the list to restore. Any Help?? Thank You
