Can't sync a song to my iTunes.

I've been trying to sync this song I purchased a while back from my iPhone to my iTunes. When I go to the iTunes store it says that I purchased it, but when I try to back my phone to my laptop, it won't say it's added in my iTunes. It works for other songs but it just does not for this one specific song. What should I do?

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.0.2

DDownload it directly to iTunes from the Purchases section of the iTunes Store.
