Q: Orientation Flip, iOs8

Before iOs8, certain apps would rotate as needed. Now they either ALL do or ALL don't. Maddening.

Certain apps need to flip at will: YouTube, Photos and my HUD Speedometers, while others do well remaining in portrait mode. Any ideas?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.3
