When streaming Apple music songs from my iPhone 6 sometimes it takes up to 30 seconds to start playing whether I am on wifi or cell

does anyone else have this issue with delayed streaming of Apple music(not from my own collection) frequently takes up to 30 seconds to play a song.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4
