Wifi multiple devices

when my parents come and visit, as soon as they connect their iPad mini, our iPhones and Directv lose connection to the router. when we try to reconnect, my iPhone says incorrect password. My password IS correct. It only happens when my parents bring in that device. they have iPhones also and they are fine. What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks.
