can i update my old imac Mac OS X 10.5.8 (9L31a) because i can't have itunes an other apps...i dont kow what is the latest version of os x i can run with ,or if i'm stock with this old computer..is got an intel procescor 2,16 ghz intel core duo 2 ,2,5go 667,,dr2 sdram, darwin 9,8,0

The maximum OS for your computer is 10.7.5. To get there, you need to do the following:

1. Click here, install the DVD, and run Software Update.

2. Go to the online Apple Store and order a download code for Lion 10.7.

Mac OS X 10.7 and newer don't support PowerPC software such as Microsoft Office 2004. If you upgrade the OS, back up the computer first.
