My iPod touch thinks it is 1970, or 1969

I have a 32 gig blue iPod touch, and today, it turned the date to jan 1st 1970, and the internet would not work. I almost threw it at a wall out of anger, but i kept calm and worked it out, and i will tell you how to, too. What you have to do is plug your iPod touch into your computer, open iTunes and let it syncronize, That is all. If it doesn't work, Contact apple, or visit the location nearest you.
