This copy of iTunes is corrupted or is not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. (-42037) on Macbook Pro OS X 10.10.4 after last update.

I can't open iTunes at all. It seems like this may be linked to Apple Music somehow?? What do I do here? All of the uninstall and reinstall directions I'm finding are older. Is my iTunes library saved somewhere or did I just lose all of my music?

MacBook Pro (15-inch Mid 2010), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4), null
