when i try to connect my ipod shuffle to my mac nothing appears on iTunes, i went to the system report and saw that it was connected but still nothing appeared. i tried in every usb port but still nothing. by the way i've never used the ipod with my mac. any suggestions would be very helpful. Thank you!
