I am not receiving email from one person on my Mac or my iphone.

ttwo days ago I stopped receiving email from one person. I have emailed with this person for about 3 months without a problem. I had the emails sent to my husband and had him forward them and I'm still not receiving them. I've checked the blocked feature and the rules feature, and still cannot figure this out. Any suggestions?
